Before joining the team, she was a LawnMan customer for five years, so she truly understands the value, consistency, and peace of mind the company brings to families. That personal connection fuels the way she talks about the brand and supports the teams serving customers every day.

 

With a background of over 10 years rooted in sales, marketing, and relationship-building, Elle thrives on helping teams grow and creating strategies that feel authentic and effective. She’s passionate about building strong connections, developing people and making sure the customer experience stays at the center of everything LawnMan does.

 

Originally from Houston, TX, Elle moved to the Memphis area in 2011 and is proud to call it home. Outside of work, you will find Elle coaching volleyball and spending as much time as possible with her family — usually cheering from the sidelines or planning the next adventure together.
